We take the time to understand your needs, wants, and timeline. We focus on what you want as well as what you need in your new home!
We will collaborate with you to find just the right home!
Using your criteria, we review optons and help you make good decisions. The time we spend with you prior to looking at homes is extremely important. It allows us to fully understand your needs and wants.
Our extensive experience provides you the highest level of professionalism and knowledge in negotiating an offer.
As your Buyer Representative, we work for you and are responsible to you, and most of the time we are paid by the seller. We will agree on this prior to showing you homes. You will know your commitment to us, if any.
We also represent you with builders. The builder pays our fees, and you win because we know what concessions they will make based on our experience with them in the past. Our fiduciary responsibility is to you, not the builder.
When you work with a listing agent (usually the name on the real estate sign), the Agent already has a relationship with the seller, and representing both the Seller and you can be challenging.
They cannot give you the same level of information as a Buyer Representative who works just for you.
With a builder, the builder representative works for their owner and does not represent you in a transaction. They do not have to explain the deficiencies of a home or neighborhood.
We hope all of this helps. Please call us if you want buyer representation in your next real estate transaction. We promise professional, knowledgeable representation!
